Welcoming Ash, new franchisee at Driver Hire Southampton
A huge welcome to Ash Mustafa who has recently bought the Driver Hire recruitment franchise in Southampton as a resale opportunity from existing franchisee Ivan Carter.
Before opting to buy his Driver Hire franchise Ash worked in estate agency where he was a branch partner with Connells.
Ash comments on joining the Driver Hire network and the initial Foundation Training he received;

I’ve bought into Driver Hire itself not just my new business. I’m very excited about this new venture.”
Ash will be operating his new recruitment business alongside his wife Charlene.
“Starting out in any new business is a challenge. Our plans are to grow the existing business and develop the careers of the staff we’ll be working alongside. But with a Driver Hire franchise, I’m buying into a well-respected, proven business model. We’re really looking forward to working with customers old and new here in Southampton.”
Ivan who had operated the franchise for just over five years decided to sell his profitable Driver Hire business to pursue new business interests overseas. He worked with the Driver Hire franchise sales team to find a buyer so he could realise his initial investment.
