Jordan Tracey, franchisee of Driver Hire Dundee & Perth, has been named a finalist in the 2025 Courier Business Awards in the highly competitive ‘Growth’ category.
This prestigious award recognises local businesses that have achieved sustained growth of at least 50% over the past three years – and Jordan’s journey is a standout example of what determination, strategy, and leadership can achieve.
Jordan acquired the franchise during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, starting with no staff and just one active candidate. Fast forward five years, and he now leads a thriving team of six employees across two offices in Dundee and Perth, deploying an average of 150 temporary workers every week.
Under Jordan’s leadership, the business has grown exponentially, with turnover now more than ten times what it was when he took over.
His operation is regularly ranked among Driver Hire Nationwide’s Top 10, a testament to his commitment to excellence and innovation in the recruitment sector.
Finalists in the Growth category are evaluated on their ability to demonstrate the drivers behind their increased sales, a deeply embedded growth culture, and a clear strategy for future expansion.
