When it comes to outstanding customer service, the recruitment team at Driver Hire Gatwick are the tops.
For the second year running, they’ve scooped the ‘Customer Delight Award’ at the annual Gatwick Diamond Business Awards. Now into their tenth year, the Awards celebrate the local people and local businesses who have shown innovation and inspiration in their work.
Driver Hire Gatwick’s customer focus is clearly paying off. Business at the office which, in addition to owner, Nic Chaviaris, employs five people and finds work for around 120 drivers every week, has achieved another record-breaking year, exceeding the £2m mark with a 35% increase on turnover from the previous year.
After collecting the award, a delighted Nic Chaviaris, said:
“The whole team feel proud to have won for the second year in succession. We always aim to go that extra mile to ensure our customers are delighted with the service we offer. It’s a great achievement for the whole team to be recognised for that by the Gatwick Diamond Business Awards.”

Held at Effingham Park Hotel the awards were presented by Brian Conley, an award-winning comedian.
