Record turnover awards for Driver Hire franchisees
The outstanding business performances of ten highly successful franchisees were recognised at Driver Hire’s recent Summer Conference held in London at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel in Heathrow. They’ve all achieved new record turnover figures for the first time.
‘Platinum’ awards went to Rowan Pritchard (Romford) and Tony Lucas (Coventry). Both have passed the £1m turnover mark – the latter within two years of buying his franchise.
“It was my ambition to reach £1m turnover when I bought Coventry,” says Tony. “It was already a well run franchise with potential for further growth. Driver Hire’s excellent business model – and the hard work of my team – has enabled us to unlock that potential and achieve my ambition ahead of schedule!”
‘Gold’ awards for reaching £750,000 turnover were collected by Chester (Colin Hickson), Grimsby (Paul Dyson), Portsmouth (Jamie Williamson), Plymouth (Rod Halling) and Sheffield (Ian Leadbeater and Rob Leek). ‘Silver’ awards for £500,000 went to Rugby (Mike Little) and Twickenham (Bob McKinley and Monica Kaluzna).
Commenting on their achievements, Chris Chidley, Driver Hire’s Chief Executive said: “These awards are well deserved. Not only do they recognise the business expertise of each franchisee, they also demonstrate the potential value in a Driver Hire franchise.”
